CFAP volunteer programme

Introduction

The volunteer programme is designed in response to CFAP’s capacity building of human resources and experiences required by individuals to contribute their services on a volunteer basis to CFAP’s activities with member organizations. CFAP will not be responsible for any logistics that may happen during a volunteer work.

In term of the volunteer basis, the workers who have extended their services of one year within CFAP, then they will be encouraged to apply for a similar position if there is any staff recruitment within CFAP. This can be done unless their final general evaluation’s result is qualified and acceptable and according to good recommendation from the officer who was responsible for him/her and if they get interested only.

Eligibility

General requirements:

Candidates should be an academic graduated or students who specializes in field of work relevant to CFAP activities,

Criterion:

-Age 18 years old in minimum,
-Cambodian citizenship,
-Can speak and write in English,
-Good behavior and personal appearance,

Candidate who is relative to CFAP staff will not be taken into consideration for eligibility as a volunteer programme.

Term of volunteer service/employment:

In principles, the volunteer basis provides to individuals for giving their services not more than 6 months within CFAP.

Applications:
-volunteers who wish to apply for a volunteer work must contact directly to CFAP’s administration and finance department ( visit our website at www.cfap-cambodia.org ).

Benefits:
-volunteers can get a recommendation that could present about their volunteer work which they have involved in the activities of CFAP. This can be provided unless there is good recommendation/ evaluation of their behavior, personal appearance and report of their assigned supervisor base on CFAP’s policy on the certification issuance therein.

Confidentiality:
-The volunteers shall not transfer or divulge any confidential/unpublished information obtained during the course of their volunteer work. The volunteers must not publish any reports, except there is legal written letter of approval from CFAP’s authorization.
